Muffins For Moms

Thursday the Moms were invited to have muffins in the classrooms and the kids gave us our Mother's Day gifts they made. I was waiting for Charlie at the bottom of the stairs that morning and as soon as he saw me, his face lit up with a gigantic grin and he said "Mommy! You look beautiful!"
Never mind the fact that the shock in his voice when he made the statement led me to think that perhaps I should take the time to shower and put on make-up a little more often.
I love that boy.
